The synthesis of bagged powders involves several key steps, including raw material pretreatment, mixing processes, drying and shaping, and packaging. The core objective is to ensure uniform product composition, high stability, and ease of storage and transportation. The following is a brief technical overview of the synthesis process.

1. Raw Material Pretreatment
First, raw materials meeting the purity and particle size requirements of the formulation must be selected, such as active ingredients, fillers, or excipients. Some raw materials may require crushing, sieving, or premixing to ensure uniformity in subsequent processing. For example, hygroscopic materials need to be pre-stored in a dry environment or have a desiccant added.

2. Mixing Process
Mixing is the core step in powder synthesis. Common methods include mechanical mixing (such as V-type mixers and three-dimensional motion mixers) or airflow mixing, which use physical action to uniformly distribute different components. For heat-sensitive materials, the mixing temperature needs to be controlled; for high-precision formulations, a stepwise dilution method may be used to improve mixing uniformity.

3. Drying and Shaping: If the raw materials contain moisture or solvents, they must be removed by spray drying, fluidized bed drying, or vacuum drying to ensure powder flowability and storage stability. Some powders require further granulation (e.g., dry or wet granulation) to improve bulk density, but bagged powders are usually packaged directly in fine powder form.

4. Packaging and Quality Inspection: The synthesized powder needs to be quantitatively dispensed into moisture-proof bags (e.g., aluminum-plastic composite bags or PE bags) and filled with inert gases such as nitrogen to extend shelf life. After packaging, strict quality inspection is required, including component analysis, particle size detection, microbial limits, and moisture content testing to ensure compliance with industry standards.

The synthesis method for bagged powders needs to be adjusted according to the specific application (e.g., food additives, chemical raw materials, or pharmaceutical intermediates) to ultimately achieve efficient, safe, and controllable production goals.
